InfoSecured is committed to improving access to its website and digital resources for people with disabilities. Accessibility is part of reviewing new content and revising existing pages, navigation and downloadable materials.

Our aim is to reduce barriers to understanding and using the information. A clear explanation, a usable document and a meaningful response to feedback are all part of that work.

02 / Standard and status

Our reference is WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as an accessibility objective and review reference. The guidelines address how content can be perceived, operated and understood, and how it works with browsers and assistive technologies.

Current status: this statement does not claim that every page, file, feature or third-party component meets every applicable WCAG requirement. Checks on selected pages are useful, but they do not establish conformance across the whole website or its downloads. No independent accessibility certification is claimed.

03 / Using the website

Support different ways of reading and navigating.

When reviewing pages, we look for a logical heading structure, descriptive links, meaningful image descriptions, sufficient contrast, visible keyboard focus and controls that can be reached and used without a mouse. We also check layouts at smaller screen widths and with enlarged text.

The website uses HTML and CSS, with JavaScript for some interactive features. Browser, device, plugin and assistive-technology combinations can affect the experience. We do not claim that every combination has been tested.

If navigation, a link, a form or a page layout prevents you from completing a task, please tell us which part did not work.

04 / Resources and limitations

A readable page does not guarantee an accessible file.

Excel workbooks, PDFs and other downloadable resources may use wide tables, linked records, formulas or complex document layouts. Their usability can depend on the file, the software used to open it and the assistive technology involved. Older pages and files may also differ from newer materials.

We do not make a blanket accessibility claim for these resources. If a file is difficult to use, include its name and version in your message and explain the information or format you need. Where practical, we will help identify another way to access the relevant information.

External websites and embedded third-party services can introduce additional barriers. We cannot change an external provider’s content directly, but we welcome reports about how a third-party feature affects your use of InfoSecured.

Tell us what got in your way.

Use the InfoSecured Contact form to report an accessibility issue or request help. Begin your message with “Accessibility” so the purpose of the request is clear.

• The page URL, or the file name and version.
• What you were trying to do and what prevented you from doing it.
• Your browser and device; assistive technology details, if relevant.
• The information, assistance or alternative format you need.

Share only the details needed to understand the issue. We aim to acknowledge accessibility-related messages within five business days. Resolution times depend on the issue, the resource and any third-party dependency.

06 / Review and updates

Improve the statement as the site changes.

Our review approach combines page and document checks, keyboard navigation, responsive-layout and text-enlargement checks, and feedback from visitors. Automated checks can flag some problems; they do not replace human evaluation or establish complete accessibility.

We will update this statement when changes to the site, resources or review findings materially affect its content. The date above records the review of this statement, rather than certifying a website-wide accessibility audit.
