This Privacy Policy explains what information InfoSecured collects through this website, how we use it, who may receive it and the choices available to you.
Privacy policy at a glance
Reading a public page and downloading a directly linked workbook does not require a newsletter subscription. Website visits can still generate technical records and analytics data. Information you choose to send in an inquiry is handled separately from browsing activity.
Who this Privacy Policy covers
InfoSecured is an independently operated United States-based website publishing AI governance, risk and assurance resources. In this notice, “we,” “us” and “our” mean the operator of infosecured.ai. “You” means a person visiting the site or communicating with us.
This Privacy Policy covers information handled through our website and associated communications. External websites and services have their own practices. A downloadable template does not transfer responsibility for your organization’s data processing to InfoSecured.
Information we collect and why
The information involved depends on how you use the site. This Privacy Policy separates information you provide from records generated by a visit and information returned by service providers.
- Messages you sendProvided by you
Information: your name, reply address, message and any professional details you choose to include.
Purpose: respond to inquiries, investigate reported issues and maintain relevant communication records.
- Website visitsTechnical and usage records
Information: technical records may include IP address, browser/device details, requested pages, referring links, timestamps and security events. Analytics can include page interactions, identifiers and approximate region.
Purpose: deliver and protect the site, diagnose problems and understand use of our content and resources.
- Cookie preferencesChoice and consent records
Information: cookie or similar identifiers, selected preferences and associated choice records where the preference tool records them.
Purpose: operate preference controls and remember or document the choices you make.
- Optional email updatesIf subscriptions are offered
Information: a subscriber’s email address, preferences and delivery, unsubscribe or engagement records supported by the email service.
Purpose: provide requested updates and manage delivery and withdrawal. This does not mean every visitor is enrolled.
Service providers can supply technical, delivery or security records associated with these activities. Topic interest may be inferred from page or resource interactions to understand which content visitors find useful.
Cookies, analytics and privacy choices
The site uses website technologies such as cookies, log files and scripts. Functional technologies support operation, security and preferences. Analytics technologies measure traffic and content use. Optional embedded services can introduce their own cookies or identifiers.
Google Analytics is integrated for traffic measurement, and Seers is integrated for cookie preference management. These provider notices supplement our explanation; they do not replace it.
Manage your choices
Where cookie controls are displayed, use them to review or change the available choices. Browser settings can also block or delete cookies. Blocking some technologies may affect site features; deleting cookies may remove saved preferences.
If a preference control is missing or does not work, use the Contact page to report it. This Privacy Policy does not treat continued browsing as permission to receive a newsletter.
Do Not Track: legacy Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals do not currently disable the site’s analytics. DNT is separate from legally recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control.
Global Privacy Control: Global Privacy Control (GPC) is a browser- or device-level opt-out preference signal. Where applicable law requires us to recognize an opt-out preference signal, a valid GPC signal is treated as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, or other covered processing to which the signal legally applies, without requiring you to submit a separate contact request. If no sale, sharing, targeted advertising or other processing subject to that opt-out right is occurring, the signal may not change site behavior. If you believe a GPC signal has not been honored correctly, you may use the Contact page to report the issue.
Third-party analytics or embedded services may collect identifiers or activity information through their technologies, including information associated with other sites according to their own practices and settings.
Messages, subscriptions and downloads
Provide only the information needed for an inquiry. Please avoid sending passwords, customer records, sensitive financial information or confidential organizational evidence through a general contact route.
Where a newsletter or resource-access form is offered, review its collection notice before submitting details. Email subscriptions are optional. Subscribers can use an unsubscribe link or contact us about their subscription preferences.
Publicly linked downloads can generate website or download records even when no form is required. Downloading a workbook does not, by itself, enroll you in email communications. Changes that introduce new collection will be reflected in this Privacy Policy and the affected collection notice.
Service providers, disclosures and external sites
Information may be processed by providers supporting hosting, security, maintenance, backups, analytics, cookie preferences and communications. Form or email providers process submitted details when those features are used. Information disclosed depends on the service and the activity involved.
We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect rights and security, or respond to lawful requests. We do not use the site to sell personal information or to serve cross-context behavioral advertising. We do use third-party providers for the functions described in this notice. Depending on a provider’s role, settings, contractual terms and applicable law, a disclosure to a provider may be classified differently under state privacy laws. Where a disclosure is subject to a legal opt-out right, we honor applicable opt-out requests and legally recognized opt-out preference signals.
Links to research, standards, regulators or social platforms take you to independent sites. Embedded content can allow its provider to receive information while you remain on this site. Review the provider’s notice before interacting with an external service.
How long information is kept
Retention depends on the purpose, the records involved and any applicable legal obligation. This Privacy Policy describes the criteria for each main activity; it does not assign the same retention period to every record.
- Inquiries: while needed to handle the request and maintain a relevant communication, administration or legal record.
- Subscriptions: while subscribed, with limited withdrawal or suppression records retained where needed to respect an unsubscribe choice.
- Analytics: according to the applicable service settings and our measurement needs.
- Security and preference records: while needed to protect the site, investigate incidents and maintain or document preferences.
We use administrative and technical measures intended to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse or loss. No website or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
International visitors and processing
InfoSecured operates in the United States. Service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. Privacy protections and available rights can differ by location.
You can contact us about the providers involved in a particular activity and the handling of information covered by this Privacy Policy. Additional notices or safeguards may be required where a relevant privacy law applies.
Your privacy rights and requests
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information; obtain certain information in a portable format; withdraw consent; object to or restrict processing; or opt out of covered sale, sharing or targeted advertising. You may also have a right to complain to a relevant authority.
Use the Contact page for a privacy inquiry or request. Identify the activity and the outcome you are seeking. We may request information reasonably needed to verify identity or authority, particularly before disclosing or changing personal records. Do not send identity documents unless they are specifically requested through an appropriate channel.
California visitors: the collection categories and purposes are described above. If the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to us and to the relevant processing, California consumers may have rights including the right to opt out of covered sale or sharing of personal information. Where required by the CCPA, a valid Global Privacy Control signal is treated as an opt-out request for the browser or device that sends it; a separate contact request is not required for that signal. This Privacy Policy does not assume that CCPA coverage follows simply from visiting from California.
Children’s information
The site is intended for professional, research and educational audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate steps.

We may revise this Privacy Policy when our information practices, services or applicable requirements change. Revisions are published here with an updated revision date. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes or new purposes before the affected processing begins.
